Collage & Colour Workshop - Sunday 3rd of November

Welcome to our Kindred Kreative Klub!

We have met some absolutely talented creatives and makers through our little store and as many know, we showcase a variety of amazing artworks and handmade goodies here. The purpose of this session is to try and learn something new, collaborate with other like-minded, time poor, want-to-be-creative people and to simply let your creative juices flow! 

We are hosting a full day  of creativeness - where you will learn to make your own colourful, textured collage canvas from our amazing local artist Caron Dawes. 

In our workshop, you will learn the art of collage, texture and how Caron creates her pieces using layers and layers of paper and then finally completes with paint. You will have hands on guidance and be made to feel completely at ease by our amazing artist, Caron.

This workshop allows for you to freely create your very own pièce de résistance. 

As your artwork may not be completely dry at the end of the workshop, you are welcome to pick your piece up at a later date.

All supplies needed are included! However if you have your own texture pieces that you'd like to use for your collage, please feel free to bring them along!

Caron also asks for you to provide us each with a song of choice - for our playlist on the day as well as a preference of background colour as we will prepare your canvas' prior to our workshop. 

You are more than welcome to BYO your own drink/s and nibbles of choice!

Please note: This is a safe place - all are very welcome however, the sessions are for the mature mind and we do recommend for over 10 years of age.
