RETURNS FOR ONLINE & INSTORE PURCHASES:
Firstly please e-mail us on hello@thekindredtrader.com.au to request a return and we will be in contact within 24 hours of your e-mail.
Please note, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note to spend in store for any items that are purchased within 21 business days of reciept.
Unfortunately, any products that are on sale or purchased with a discount code are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
TO BE ELIGIBILE FOR A RETURN
- Your items must be unworn & unused with original tags or packaging attached.
- Your receipt will need to be provided.
FAULTY ITEMS
We do try our best to inspect all products prior to shipment and ensure that they are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your products come into your hands and are damaged or faulty, we will offer that they be repaired, replaced or a store credit issued once we have liasied with our suppliers and approved by our management team.
Please note, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CHANGE OF MIND
There are no refunds for change of mind, we will offer a credit note or exchange only. Credit Notes are valid for 30 days.
Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges on rugs or any sale items.
AFTERPAY
As there is a binding credit to the item with Afterpay as per their terms and conditions and unforunately therefore there are NO RETURNS on afterpay purchases.
SALE
All items that are on sale are FINAL and no exchanges or refunds will be offered.
Please note any shipping costs occurred from returning are your responsibility. All items being sent back to us must have tracking attached - we will be have no responsiblilty for items lost in the post on it's way back to us.
